Terms of service

The proposed terms for using frameDock, its accounts and its paid plans.

Draft — pending legal review. Updated . Paid sales remain closed until this policy is approved.

Publisher and current availability

frameDock is published by Cacko Studio LTDA, CNPJ 54.011.615/0001-42. The current release is a Windows pilot. Paid plans are not on sale until the production release, billing, signing and legal gates pass. These terms remain a draft rather than a completed production agreement.

Commercial use and your responsibilities

All four plans, including Free, allow you to build and sell commercial games without a frameDock revenue limit. You remain responsible for your project, backups, content, engine licenses, store permissions and applicable laws.

Engine editors, SDKs, publishing tools and stores retain their own terms. A listed integration does not grant access to a third-party SDK or publisher account and does not promise store approval or a live release.

Plans, payment and cancellation

The approved plans are Free, Indie, Pro and Teams. Prices on the pricing page are in USD before tax. When sales open, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for payment and tax processing, and billing management is available through the Paddle customer portal.

Monthly and annual subscriptions recur until canceled. Scheduled cancellation preserves the paid term. A failed recurring payment has a seven-day grace period. Monthly paid access then returns to Free; your projects and artifacts are not deleted.

Annual perpetual access

An annual purchase includes continued paid access on application versions released on or before the paid maintenance cutoff. Later versions require renewal. A full refund revokes the associated paid and perpetual grant, without revoking unrelated valid purchases.

Subscription access uses signed offline leases of up to 30 days. A covered perpetual certificate does not require continuous connectivity. Devices that are offline learn a refund or revocation when they reconnect.

Teams members and devices

Teams subscriptions cover 1–100 people, including the owner, with two active computers per member. Organization billing roles are separate from roles in your local game project. Removing a person frees a member seat; signing out a computer does not change the purchased quantity.

If capacity drops below active membership, the owner and longest-standing members remain active within the paid limit; excess members are suspended. They are restored explicitly when space is available. Owners must transfer ownership or close their organization before deleting their account.

Release and compatibility limits

A build completing, an archive matching its manifest, an upload finishing, and a store branch becoming available are different results. Check the actual game and intended destination before distributing it.

The current pilot is unsigned. Unity CLI support is experimental, Unreal packaging is beta, live provider uploads and clean-machine installation remain unverified, and console profiles are requirements-only. Nothing on this site certifies every game or promises console submission.
