Refund and cancellation policy

How the planned paid service handles cancellations, refunds and disputed payments.

Draft — pending legal review. Updated . Paid sales remain closed until this policy is approved.

Paid sales are not open

Indie, Pro and Teams pricing is approved, but checkout remains closed until launch verification and legal review are complete. This is the proposed refund policy for that launch, not a claim that paid purchases are available today.

Cancel a recurring subscription

When billing opens, use the Paddle customer portal linked from your authenticated account to manage recurring payments and cancel renewal. Scheduled cancellation leaves the plan active until the end of its paid period.

Monthly access then returns to Free. A completed, non-refunded annual term retains its perpetual access on covered versions. Cancellation does not delete your projects, build artifacts or local settings.

Full refunds

Paddle handles payment refunds as Merchant of Record. An approved full refund revokes the entitlement created by that transaction, including its annual perpetual fallback. Other valid purchases remain intact. Offline devices receive the revocation on their next connection.

Partial refunds and disputes

Partial refunds require manual review at launch; they do not automatically apply an unpublished reduction to your paid features. Chargebacks suspend the associated grant, block new activations and require review. Records needed to resolve the dispute are preserved.

Request a refund

The final request channel, deadlines and applicable consumer-rights wording will be published after Brazilian counsel review and before sales open. No specific refund window is invented in this draft. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain in force.
